What weekend in March/April 2006

We had a week long vacation to WDW this past April 4/22-4/30 2005. It was great. I would love to take a small weekend trip next spring too. Easter is 4/16 2006. So what weekend in March/April would be good to visit w/lower crowds? It would be like for 4 days

What were the crowds like when you visited this past april? Maybe one of those weekends?

It is totally possible to have a super time even during the peak capacity days. We went late March/Easter week '05 & had a great time, and many of the days we were there were rated 9-10 on a scale of 1-10. If you go during a peak time, you must do some additional planning and also plan on arriving early to the parks, and leaving during the midday peak.

Spring Breaks vary around the country, but the lowest crowd levels will be the ones on the outskirts of your time period. So, the 1st week of March and last week of April will be the best. Mid-March to Mid-April will be the worst, as well as the Good Friday-Easter Sunday long weekend.

I think that the time you went this year is pretty good, it's when we almost always begin our visits. The first week in May has always been good for us too.

AP runs out on 5/9, so WHEN we go back next spring it will probably be the last week of April (we do eight nights). GREAT time of year to visit WDW!!
