Mine is Big river Grille at the Boardwalk. DW and I had our worst meal and experience eating at WDW in the 10+ years we have gone. The place wasn't even half-full the time we went, but as slow as our service was you would have thought its was full. It took almost 10 minutes from when seated to finally get server to come over and at least take drink order. then at least another 10 to come back with drink and finally take order. what was odd is that she only had 2 other tables she was serving , but disappeared a number of times into the back but never came out with anything. when our food arrived she said if yoyu need anything just ask.well guess what she disappered and wife had to wait another 10 minutes to get another drink, nevermind glas had maybe a sip or 2 when she brought out meal. Anyways the food wasn't very good either to the point that only ate about half the meal. The funny thing is that the server then said anyone up for dessert? never mind the looks of near discust on both my wife and myself from eating half of a bad meal. becuase I was raised to be polite. I said NOT TONIGHT--never mind I was thinking if I ordered desert that night it probably wouldn't have been brought out that night! Anyways we got out of there as quick as possible after that, and will never return there! pirate:

I have two.

CS - ABC Commissary in MGM. Can you say YUCK?

TS - Boma. Sorry Boma fans! Everything tasted like either coffee or cinnamon. I am a huge carnivore and lover of Prime Rib and I couldn't even eat the prime rib the flavor was so odd. I went up to that buffet numerous times to try to find something I could eat ... I didn't even like the desserts ... coffee flavor was prevelent. In the end I ate a few kids chicken strips. They did refund my meal price since I didn't eat so that was nice. DH and I cannot figure out why people like this place so much. We cook with a lot of different flavors and like flavors infused in our foods but those flavors were just ugh.

The one that I have no desire to go back to is CRT.

We had breakfast here once and I will not go back. The food was average and the character interaction was extremely rushed. The princesses came by once and that is it. If you miss one of them, them don't come back. I felt like cattle with a wallet. To me it is not worth the money.

Liberty Tree Tavern. Why? We found the food to be so mediocre it was unbelievable. We had good service as we had one of the first dinner seatings. The salad started off nice enough and the bread was fine, but after that, it was a waste. The turkey seemed very "processed" and formed and not like a real turkey. Heck, even the deli/buffet in my office building bakes up a real turkey every day and puts it on the buffet. The flank steak--well, the meat quality just seemed poor. It wasn't overcooked or undercooked--just a low grade cut of beef that wasn't cooked right. Then the vegetables. I think the carrots were the frozen baby carrots from Bird's Eye or Green Giant and the macaroni and cheese was just blah. I think the potatoes were okay.

I really, really thought my kids would enjoy this food because the menu seemed on the plain side and they like this type of fare at home. But after the first bite, both of them were like YUCK. The server felt kind of bad and brought them each a plate of chicken tenders. It was all strange because they are fairly adventurous eaters and not just "chicken tender" kinds of kids. We swore we would just never go back.

I was thinking of going to Boma but have decided to go to Spoodles instead, the idea of food tasting of coffee :sad2: . I hate coffee so will give this a mis thanks for the warning.

This thread will probably get a little bit of everything. Everyone has different tastes :).

In response to the posts above. We love the ABC Comissary in MGM. It is our Fav. CS there. We also love Boma. Number 2 on our favorite list on Property.

As far as not going back. We will not go back to CS Cantina de San Angel. The food was horrible for us. Not cooked completely and we ended up getting our CS credits back for that.

I wasn't a big fan of O'Hana's when I was there in Oct. 2005. Sure the food was good, but I felt rushed with the food and our server.

I am not a big fan of buffets/all you can eat either so, I guess maybe O'Hana's was just a bad choice on my part.

Either way, I won't be back.

CRT--Not worth the current pricing or 2 TS credits.

Tony's-- horrible food and service the last (and only) time I went.

Easy! Pepper Market!!

All in our party of7 had horrible food. Not bad horrible!! Pizza like a hockey puck, pasta like a spit ball and steak my dog could chew on like a rawhide!!

It really ruined CSR for us!!

SHUTTERS at CBR. :sad2: I ordered the "prime rib" and hadn't even put the butter on my bread, when OUT came the meal. Needless to say, the prime rib was cold, but the potatoe's were hot. :confused3 I quickly ate, and boogied out of there, and they weren't even crowded. :sad2: I paid about 24 bucks for this meal and can get the same meal, here in Miami cooked to order for $9.95! And its HOT! :teeth:

Big River Grille..most defintely. Now I am willing to try a place 2 probably 3 times because things happen, but our experience was similar to Stoudt6's above that it's not worth the 2nd try.

The buffet at Norway (I can't remember the name). Why? Two words: Head Cheese. :scared1: We were there for lunch and it was all we could do to find something we liked.

Ltt Dinner - It was bland frozen food, that would have atleast been warmer if I had done the same thing at home. Our service was ssssslllllllllooooooooowwwwwwww. To the point that we never got a drink refill, not good if you are trying to choke down lukewarm ham. We bailed before dessert, we would have grown old before it came! Even DD didnt care for it, we ended up getting a cs later to get her some food in her rumbly tummy. We wont go back here!

O'hana's-starters were good, skewers were tough and cold. Games were only one and by the time we got to the start, the coconut race was almost over-my DD(then 4) was very disappointed. She did love the huge snow cone in the big bucket.

Sci-Fi-who makes a hot fudge sundae with soft-serve ice cream? Returned it to kitchen. Other food, too $$$ for the quality.

Bomas-I liked it fine, my mom didn't. I do agree that the flavors weren't all my fav-I don't like coffee either.

Tony's-expensive and not tasty. Kind of snooty too.

I'm rethinking my ADR at San Angel's. We haven't been there for years and I thought it would be good to try again (with DP). Maybe we should switch to Biergarten?

Added-Hoop de Do-sorry everyone-ate there Dec. 2003-and even though the room was less than 1/2 full, the tables were all crammed together and the chicken was disappointing. After all the glowing reviews I was surprised at how mediocre it was! Barely hot (we did ask for a few more pieces-they were better-at least they were not) Rest of the food was so-so. The show was funny-if corny. My DD (then 4) enjoyed it. She really liked Six Bits.

Sorry Ohana fans, but that's my pick. I was not impressed with the food at all. Very disappointing, especially after all the great things I read about it. I'm not a beef person, so i didn't eat any of that. But the pork, shrimp, chicken, etc. was just okay. The service was great (our waiter was very friendly), however.

Hollywood and Vine. Bought it as part of a a Fanstasmic dinner package, b/c it was the cheapest one. What a mistake! Steam-table, Golden Corral quality food (I like Golden Corral, just not for a $100 meal) and all the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria. Definately not a quality experience.

Hollywood N Vine.. Everything tastes bland, watery. The food look soo much better than it tasted! Never ever again!

PIZZAFARI by a long shot. My son LOVES pizza and he wouldn't even eat it.
It was disgusting.

What a great thread!

H & V- just not great- lots of mediocre food. Maybe it was a bad night at the buffet?

Alfredo's- Nothing spectacular- I had the pasta Alfredo and DH had spaghetti and meatballs. I am surprised myself because this place gets great reviews

'Ohana. It used to be great but the new meu changes have lowered my opinion of it greatly.
