What was the Premium and Platinum Dining like?

In 2002 I had a meal plan. I want to say it was called Discovery Magic? Or maybe it was the silver plan? It came with 2 meals a day - no such thing as a signature except for VA I think. Plus additional wishes for tours, Cirque, recreation, etc. It was awesome because the gratuity was included and the servers would try to get you as much as possible to up their gratuity. For instance at Alfredos in Epcot the server gave us several courses (anti pasto, salad, pasta, meat, dessert) and coffee and bottled sparkling water to go. I'll have to see if I can find my old records from the trip. Disney was a ghost town that trip (anniversary of 9/11) and I'm sure we overpaid by going with the plan, but it was truly a magical experience.

ETA - I don't think there were two credit meals then. I know we ate at Artist Point, California Grill and Hoop Dee Doo.
