Without a FP off course. I stood in line for about 35 minutes for Space Mountain once, it sure was hot!

We never get into a line with a wait more than 25-30 minutes! It is just too much to handle!- We have also been very lucky and never had to skip anything due to waits! (KNOCK ON WOOD!)

got in line for Peter Pan and the sign said 15 min, we were talking and eating a snack in line and all of the sudden realized "hey we've been in line for almost an hour!" :furious: We got on the ride and came out and the sign had been changed to 50 min! I have NEVER waited that long EVER! And I never will again, esp. for a small ride!

The longest I've ever waited in line at Disney was 5 - 7 minutes. (that doesn't count shows that you're waiting to end, right?) I don't ever wait on lines if I don't have to. I always map out my escape route and never miss a thing ;)

The longest line I've ever waited on was in Six Flags, clocking at about 2 hours. Probably the worst experience I ever had. I will never do it again.

Prior to the invention of the fastpass, lines were horrific. Space Mountain was 2 1/2 hours once.

For us that would have been on our last trip. Seventy five (yep thats 75) long leg aching minutes for Soarin! We must have been mad!! Still it meant that we could pretend we were brainy and could easily answer the questions linked to those beautiful pictures whilst standing in the queue - after all wed heard the answers twice before as the line just didnt darn well move!! :rolleyes1

Between Christmas and New Years 1994 I waited 150 minutes ( 2 1/2 hours) for Splash Mtn. and 165 minutes (2hrs 45 min) for Back to the Future at Universal!!!! That was my first time to WDW and Florida for that matter so I did not know any better...now if the sign says 20 mins I think that's too long.. :goofy: :stitch: :figment:

Never ever got in a line that had more than 20 minutes posted as the wait, and the reality perhaps once was a 30-minute wait (even though 20 had been posted). We just won't do more than that -- too much else to do and enjoy!

We went in Nov of 2001 and the parks were empty, we walked on RnRC at 3:00 in the afternoon. Well, imagine our surprise when we realized we had been in line for Jungle Cruise for 50 minutes!!! We just laughed about it because we had be so lucky, expect for the weather, the whole week!

As a kid, I think we waited over an hour for Space Mtn. That was way back in 1981, when there was just the MK. Plus, we went during the crowded summer time. We didn't know any better.

Usually, we won't get in any line with over a 20 minute stand by waiting time. We'll get FP, if available, and go ride something else. And we usually go at lesser crowded times.

I did just get back on Saturday from a short conference trip to WDW. We went to Epcot during our free time on Friday afternoon. The wait time for Soarin' was 80 minutes and all fastpasses had been handed out for the day. We left & came back for the EMH that night. We still had to wait for 55 minutes, but the wait went rather quickly. We were 4 adults, so we spent the time chatting. It would've seemed much longer if we'd been dealing with tired, impatient children!

I stood in line for over an hour for Soarin (all by myself too :guilty: ) because the sign said it'd only be 25 minutes (that was the most boring queue in my entire life, BTW- great ride though, just get a FP!). Other than that it was 15 minutes for Astro Orbiter (again, the sign said only five...) and everything else was ten minutes or less. I think we were spoiled!

30 minutes. For the great movie ride. The CM told us the wait was no more than 15 minutes. Obviously, she was wrong.

Whenever I wait in line for an attraction without FP, I try not to wait more than 15-20 minutes.

However, I do wait longer when it comes time for parades and night time shows. I can sit as much as an hour before the show or parade starts.

Always a longer ride to get through line as advertized and always seem to get tracked in the little village town square at the end to view the movie they show Plus lately trying to navigate through the gift shops and all the people taking pics of the trolls. Cant be a longer total wait time than this ride!

We stood in line for more than 60 minutes for Soarin! We usually don't spend our Disney vacation time waiting in line so long but we figured we wouldn't be back to the parks for quite a while. The ride had just opened and we thought it would be worth it.

I think I'd use the same strategy in the future. If we won't be back for a while, and a new ride opens, we just might sacrifice some time to go home excited about a new experience. :)

We were treated to our first WDW trip by my Mom and we went the year the castle was decorated like a birthday cake (25th?). We went the week before Easter, stayed off-site and didn't know enough to get there early. Our first ride was Space Mtn. and the wait was 90 mins. We thought that was just the way it always was. Since finding this site our longest was 45 mins (once) for Spalsh Mtn early afternoon one hot March day. Now we're spoiled, or savvy. We won't do more than a 10-15 standby wait. With EMH and FP we get our licks in before our early park gets crowded then head over to Epcot.

We waited in the FAST PASS LINE at WTP for over 90 minutes on our last trip  The regular line wasn't much longer...I'm not sure if the ride kept breaking down or what but it was horrible. and of course our FP was for late at night plus it was raining and we were all tired. Needless to say once we went on. we called it a night. This trip, if the fast pass return for WTP is too late, then we'll just skip...its cute but not worth that long of a wait in either line!! Of course all the people in the regualr line were probably laughing that we had to wait just as long as they did..LOL

YIKES! I could never be in any line that long! I think 45 minutes would be my max.

On our Christmas trip in 1986-87, my dsis and I stood in line for 2 1/2 hours IN THE RAIN....for Journey into your Imagination! Were we stupid or what? I still hate Figment. Now, I refuse to wait for anything longer than 10-15 minutes. Fastpass is our friend!

I waited 80 minutes for Splash Mountain this past summer :rotfl2: ! This was before I found out about the importance of arriving early and using fast pass! :rotfl: Never again will I wait that long!

I just went at christmass 2005 I say wait lines of over 90 minutes at some rides and Soarin, Test Track, Mission to Mars at over 180 minutes at times
If you want to go to these you need to fast pass them they will sell out of fast pass by 11am
