LUCKY YOU!!! We won't be out in CA until Oct but soooo looking forward to it, that's when things start to get bad for us weather wise!

You are absolutely right! If we are lucky it won't snow before Halloween but it usually does October would be a wonderful time to visit! I work at a school so my holidays revolve around the kids' holidays Although last year we were able to do a quick trip in Nov.(our first ever) and it was glorious there! but the crowds were insane - it was the Remeberance Day/Veterans day weekend AND the first day of Christmas in the parks! But it was magical none the less!!

We are being naughty and pulling the kids out of school for a bit however we are getting lucky that they actually aren't missing much school as the dates we are there (driving) revolve around PD days and (Canadian) Thanksgiving!!

Ahh, yes that is a great time with the PD on Friday and Thanksgiving Monday - not sure about your school but we even have an early dismissal on the Wednesday at 12:30 so they wouldn't lose too much school at all Good for you guys, that will wonderful!
