What was the 1st and so far the most recent concert you have attended?

My first one? I couldn't tell you. We didn't go to many concerts when we were younger because we couldn't afford it. But we are catching up now (even though we and the performers are considerably older)

Wow, lots of people here who saw The Association. We got to see them locally about 4 years ago. Special to us since "Never My Love" was one of our wedding songs.

My favorites have been James Taylor/Carole King 8 years ago and Chicago just last year.

We are going to see Three Dog Night in October.

Last concert was Eddie Palmieri and Tony Vegas in Central Park this weekend.

First concert was seeing Chicago at Forest Hills Stadium, accompanied by older sister and her then almost fiance who she thankfully dinna marry; I was prolly the chaperone, LOL. We smuggled in a cassette tape recorder and fortunately the tape was horrible and all you could hear was BigSis and I singing (exceptionally badly) "Wake Up Sunshine" and "25 or 6 to 4". Two of our children got together and made a CD of of the tape and it is frequently played at family get-togethers to embarrass us when we've spent too much time laughing at our mother's lack of cooking skills by her adoring grandchildren;). In this family if you canna laugh at self or understand sarcasm you're doomed, doomed, I say!

That's hilarius!

Reminds me of when I saw REO a couple of years ago. I had just learned how to do a selfie so took one of me and DH right before the concert started. Well I forgot to go back to the regular setting so my whole concert is me jumping up and down like a mad woman. :dancer:

First: Great Big Sea (Canadian band), 3rd row. I am spoiled.

Latest: Sean McCann (previously of Great Big Sea), much smaller and more informal.

In between: too many to count.

My first concert was The Allman Brothers Band in 1997 or 1998.

Gregg Allman stayed at the hotel I worked at in Bossier City, LA. Probably 1994-95? He was in the suite across from my desk in the sales office, and was a real mess (and left the suite a real mess). I've often thought of him and hoped he got his life together.

Looks like he did, somewhat, but passed away last year from liver cancer.

I've only ever been to two concerts, and neither of them were for the main act. I can't remember the exact order, but I have been to a Matchbox20 and a Christina Aguilera concert. But I went for Everclear and Destiny's Child respectively. I even went to a signing at a mall that the (at the time) 3 members of Destiny's Child was doing. I even got to shake Beyonce's hand.

Huey Lewis and the News when I was 13.

Wow. Saw them at a corporate gig. It was our annual company party held at our company's park. Everyone attending got a free copy (a "cut out" where the case/label was cut into) of their greatest hits.

It's not the first nor the latest, but I did see William Hung perform a couple of times. Not sure if you'd call it a "concert", as he was the halftime entertainment.

My first concert was Diana Ross in Atlantic City about 1984. Went with a group of people and me and my bf’s cousin even got called on stage to dance with her!

Last concert was Shania Twain July 2018 in Philadelphia.

Elton John and Kekee Dee (Don't go Breaking my Heart) September 26, 1974. It was my 15th birthday.

Latest was Garth Brooks in February at the Houston Rodeo.

First was Clay Walker and Brooks and Dunn in the mid 90s. Most recent was Tori Amos about a year and a half ago

First Bruce Springsteen - latest Brothers Osborne - I spend way too much money on live music....(according to DH)

First band was James Montgomery Blues Band in 1968? 1969?

Most recent was the Beach Boys at the Hampton Beach Casino and Ballroom in August of 2018 (although I saw them back in the early 70s in Boston). This summer we also saw The Eagles with "special guest" James Taylor (July 2018). Funny part about that was one of the first concerts I ever went to (1972) was to see James Taylor, in Boston. The mostly unknown, warm-up/lead-in group that everyone pretty much talked through? The Eagles!

1st, Pantera in 1995 in west palm beach.

Last, Lynyrd Skynyrd farewell tour a few months ago in west palm.

I've been to a lot of concerts from a lot of different genres. Everything from Garth Brooks to Sepultura to Cypress Hill to Barbara Streisand to Billy Joel (on new year's day in Sunrise FL).

1st Springsteen 1985 Giants Stafium
Last, I think it was One Direction with my daughter a few summers ago.
Wait...
I lied, we saw Garth Brooks at Yankee Stadium I think in 2016. I like him ok, just thought it would be cool to go to a show at the Stadium.

First: Yes in July 1977 at the former Toledo Sports Arena.
Latest: Brit Floyd on March 27, 2018 at the Huntington Center in Toledo.

First concert - Backstreet Boys. I think 2000 or 2001?

We went to see Night Ranger during the spring concert series at Epcot this year, which was fun!
