I am normally pretty good at making sure I have all my ducks in a row for our trips with respect to planning and such. I just realized I don't think I requested that the two separate room reservations that we have (starting this Friday, 5/21) be located close to one another. Is it too late? Any suggestions? Pretty sure I should be fired as lead trip planner...

Never too late to try, especially since they never guarantee anything, anyway. Be sweet to them and see what happens when you check in. . .

Call MS and add the request to your reservation, don't wait until you check in. Being able to fill this type of request at check in is very difficult.
