I think its been cropped to make pluto look bad to be honest. You never know an innocent chase might be all of what it is.

Well I think it's brilliant I'm assuming the kid had asked for it, and I bet there's hundreds of 'in character' minimum wage employees who've always wanted to do that. I was willing Pluto to catch him! Some of the comments posted on the link are fantastic
