On average, does anyone know which rooms are the most difficult to book...
studio, 1 BR, 2BR, or Grand Villas?

Just curious. . .

I'm sure GV's book up first since there are only a few of them.

I would say 2 bedroom BW view is the hardest to get, mainly because I have been on the waitlist for 11 months, and I am still waiting for 1 night with a BW view on December 20. I can't understand why that one night seems so hard to get! :confused3

It varies by resort. As a rule, it's the GV, esp at BWV. BW view and standard view in general are also difficult much of the year. For BC, it's the 2 BR dedicated units that have 2 queen regular beds. For HH and VB it appears to be the 3 BR GV there as well but also the 1 BR and studios given the relatively small numbers of them. I'm not sure about VWL since there are no unique room categories there but would suspect the 1 BR would be generally easier than the studio or 2 BR units. For SSR, I'd GUESS the 3 BR GV but other than certain high demand times in general, I doubt any unit type there will be difficult given the current set up. Now if they change the booking categories so that you can actually book some sections over others, I think that would change. For OKW it's the GV.

Studios in the summer are hard to book at HH. OVIR's are pretty high-demand at VB.
