~What Type Of Milk Do You Use??~

I just buy the regular Publix store brand. My twins drink whole milk, the rest of the family drinks skim. That's all I can drink -- anything heavier than skim and I gag.

I have never tried soy milk but the thought of it makes me want to gag so I imagine I best not go there.

My DFi and I drink 1% by Jilbert's Dairy, which is only located up in the UP. It's the best milk ever. The chocolate milk is to die for!
Plus they have rBGH free cows.

My entire family uses Rice Dream milk on our cereal and we all drink soy milk all the time and in recipes.

Never drink cow's milk.

I switched to skim milk about 20 years ago when I got more health conscious. Now, I can't stand drinking the regular stuff - way too thick.

No particular brand, but always non-fat....love it..(especially if I'm drinking it w/ a large slice of chocolate cake)
