What trips are you planning?

Planning a trip to WDW over Easter break. I know it's going to be crowded but we usually go in Aug. and it's crowded then too & VERY hot so at least the weather will be better.

Snoopy - I agree we are very lucky to be able to take vacations. :D

December 2003 - Weekend trip to Gatlinburg

June 2004 - Beach trip, probably to St. Augustine.

November 2004 - (maybe) Friends want us to go on a two week trip to Europe. Four days in England, fly to Barcelona, and then a week long Meditarranean (? spelling) cruise. Don't know that we can afford that one.

Just check out my first counter! I'm getting pretty excited about that trip. Haven't been home in 3 years!

Right now we have 12 trips planned........

Labor Day: return to NYC (we had so much fun on our anniversary trip that DH wanted to go back). This was a spur of the moment thing that was put together in about 1 1/2 hours.

Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr & May..... WDW weekends.

Early Dec, Universal HRH for a 3 day weekend.

Christmas.... 13 night stay at WDW and my brother's very first visit to the World.

After DHs Navy career with maybe 2 vacations; and an improvment in finances- the weekends are cheap (thanks Mary) and I'm a money-grubber. I'll use any kind of deal I can get!!! :)

In 3 1/2 weeks DH and I leave for a 14 days Italian Holiday and hopefully get to meet the author of this post while in Venice.

In February we are doing 5 days at Disney and 5 days at Cocoa Beach.

Sounds like a lot of fun trips are in the planning :)

We're going to Las Vegas next Sunday for 3 days.
Northern CA to visit DS in Sept. for 10 days.
Disneyland in Nov. for 6 days.
Alaska cruise next June to celebrate our anniversary for 7 days.
:bounce:

Tiggerkeeper you should stop by and see me when you are up this way! You might also want to stop by the Grove Park Inn to see the Gingerbread Houses.

Right now I'm only planning one trip to WDW in October. I'm considering one in Feb. too. Just have to see how things go.

Next month I'm planning on two small day trips. Hopefully more of those will come soon too.

Right now I am planning a weekend trip to Minneapolis at the end of August.

Then a week after that DD and I are flying to SLC/ Idaho to visit my parents. My sister, Nephew, and new Niece are flying down also. We are staying for 2 weeks.

I am hoping to plan a trip to either WDW, the beach or Yellowstone next spring or summer.

I love vacations! :) :) :)

Several in the works.

Next week - a short trip with my girlfriend from Chicago to WDW.

DH and I are going to WDW (DVC-BWV) the first five days of November

Chicago over Thanksgiving to celebrate the holidays with family (since we won't be there over Christmas)

This spring DH and I are planning a "road trip" ...probably to the Grand Canyon.

A possible business trip for DH (and I might tag along) to Toronto this spring

And a family trip to WDW (a week) with DH, DD, DSIL and my new 8-year-old grandson in October!

Phew...I need a vacation just thinking about it!

Really soon....8 days or so....we leave for WDW...

In October we have a long weekend in New York City (Halloween)

In December (Christmas) we are cruising for 7 days and ending with 4 days in WDW as we are 'in the state' anyway!

And Next February we are planning a trip somewhere warm for reading week at school!

That's it for me!

I am looking into a Greek Island cruise next summer too....not sure on that one tho.

DH is going to visit his parents in FL for a few days at the end of the month.

I'm most likely going to New Orleans with my grandmother and Aunt in Oct to help Grams get the time share paperwork filled out to sell it

Other than that, I am hoping things (work, medical bills, etc...) work out so DH and I can take our first vacation alone together. I'm hoping for Antigua but most likely it will be a few days at thanksgiving with the in-laws and then a few days at WDW and Universal afterwards

Wow! I'm wondering how some of you find the time to go to your jobs! Flower-- it doesn't look like you need to win the lottery to me-- WDW every month? I don't think I go that often!

I'm the worst planner, always leaving things until the last minute. I wish I could plan years in advance like some of you.

I just got back from a conference in Denver, and then see my countdown. I've just booked my tour of London & Paris. I don't know yet if I can stay long enough to go to Disneyland... it's up to the boss (please please PLEASE!) If I get really lucky, I'm going to try to tack on a few days at the beginning in NYC, mainly to see a concert. I don't know anyone there. Who wants to join me?

I think I'll lay low next year and save money by visiting some friends across the US who keep inviting... in Baltimore/DC, Phoenix, Dallas; probably go home for Mardi Gras again.

I'm so glad to finally be able to even THINK about going on trips!:bounce:

Wow, it sounds like there are a lot of great trips planned! Isn't trip planning so much fun!

Come on over, there is always room on the way to vacation......but after all of the souveniers, I am not too sure about the return trip home...lol. But we could squeeze you in Snoop!

Dan, at least you have Disney to look forward to!

Is this what I have to look forward to when DH retires in 18 months? If so, I can't wait!!!!

Mamu, if all works out I will see you in Venice in September!!!

Happy trip planning everyone, enjoy your trips too!

Well, since I am currently unemployed, no trip plans right now....but again some day!! It is a goal.

We are going to Ft. Leonardwood in Missouri to see my BIL graduate from boot camp (hopefully) in September. We might hit Branson while we are over there. We probably won't be making any other trips until March when we go to Disney.

Thats the trip I am planning too. My DS graduates from basic on August 28 and I am planning our trip over. Its become the trip from hell, I have added people subtracted people, booked rooms, cancled rooms, I am to the place now that I want to fly down by myself and leave the others to fight it out back home. I am also trying to plan a trip to San Antonio in Oct to take his brother and sister to see him in AIT when they are on fall break. They are easy, they are young enough to say get on the plane and don't fight (and they will do it too sometimes!)

Trips that are planned already............
