What to say?

I wanted to call WDW to see if there are any codes attached to our household or if there was anything else out there for the time we will be there. We've already booked, but I figured it's always worth a shot right??? What do I say to the CM when I call? Are there certain 'key words' to use?
 
well sometimes there is a manager's special.

just ask if there are any codes attached to your name and address. must be both.
 
If I am already going to be there, I just ask, "Is there any discounts available during that time period?" That's usually when a manager's special, attached pins, etc pop up.
 
I have been trying this for the last 4-5 weeks (several times per week). Yesterday was my breaking point. I called and got connected to a cast member who was terrific until he knew that I was already booked and was looking for a discount. Then he said (in a rather annoyed tone)..."Ummmm....I couldn't help you anyway because you decided to book through a travel agent. Ask them for help." Are you flipping kidding me? I was so annoyed. Needless to say I will be writing them a letter.
