I am thinking about switching out my Coral Reef ADR for something else, any great ideas??? I have a LOT of character meals, so something different would be great, and it has to be in EPCOT. Would appreciate any suggestions that my 3 kids would like (11, 8, 5) and also my parents as well. Nothing too strange and unusual, just good food and interesting atmosphere. TIA!!

I think the Coral Reef fits your description...sorry I can't be of more help.

You could walk over to Spoodles which is not technically in Epcot but is really close. But we love Coral Reef.

I don't know if you all are into German food (I'm not), but Biergarten is pretty fun. You and your kids would probably enjoy the show that accompanies the meal.

The best place to eat is probably Le Celier steakhouse-in Canada or the San Angel Inn in Mexico both fun for kids-Le Celeier is in a dark castle and San Angel Inn is just gorgious with Mexican charm under a starry sky. We ate at both on our last trip with the kids then ages 2 & 4, and they were great. Good luck! :yay:

While not technically IN Epcot, it is darn close!

How about Cape May. It is a 5minute walk through the International Gateway to the BC. It is a nice buffet, good cariety, nice desserts, and different than what you can find in Epcot.

:rotfl: it does, really, which is why I booked it.....my mom and my oldest LOVE seafood, and the aquarium looks amazing, which was another reason. Unfortunately, my dad and I share a severe allergy to shellfish, and my dad is also allergic to any sort of fish. I am just not sure that I want to mess with all that while on vacation.......but given how careful Disney is to accommodate, it may be fine (however, people with allergies don't usually CHOOSE to eat at a restaurant that serves mainly the food they are most allergic to, I imagine, and maybe shouldn't expect to not come into contact with said allergen if they do make that choice, so I feel a bit guilty asking Disney to be accommodating:rolleyes: ). Will check out some of the ones mentioned above. Thanks!!

Another for the Biergarten!! For our family it's a must do every trip. We even try and fit it in, twice per trip when we can. The atmosphere, food, and show are all great.
