What to read next

A couple of summers ago I read the entire Mary Poppins series and Anne of Green Gables series. I highly recommend both.

The Harry Potter series is absolutely required reading, as far as I am concerned. If you have never read them, get to it ASAP! :thumbsup2

Left behind adults

Left behind kids

Kingdom keepers

Harry potter

Can't decide any input would be great

Ps I forgot to add the clique

I will not comment on the first two, as it is religious.

I loved HP, I am surprised that you have not read it at your age. You were the prime age when it came out.

I am reading the last KK book right now. I have loved the series.

The Percy Jackson series is really good.

I know I was pushing the envelop with the first two I will erase them

Ok why can't you say you want to read those book? I honestly do not see how that is crossing into religious discussion.

I never said I was not going to read them just took them off the list because I did not want point still on the back burner to read

My DH loved the Percy Jackson series too!

I was far over the correct age to read Harry Potter when the first book came out, but I loved them!

Can I also recommend the "Dragon" books by Cressida Cowell, if you're looking for a good 'children's' series? These are the books that the 'How To Train Your Dragon' movie was based on, although the books are very different and very good!

Thank you

I really enjoyed the Left Behind series. I never read the kid versions though. Yes they are religious in nature, but that doesn't mean they can't be mentioned. :confused3 There's a big difference in asking about a book and having huge religious discussion. A little overkill to feel you need to remove them from your list. :rotfl:

I'm not a very religious person, but when the movie came out with Kirk Cameron my mom wanted to see. I had no idea that it was a religious movie. I liked it!
