What to give a teacher...?

I have 3 teachers whom wrote me a letter of reccomendation for college. It's the last 2 weeks of school and I would really like to give them something to show them my gratitude. One is my guidence counselor, my history teacher and my italian teacher.
I already have an idea for my italian teacher, to make her a scrap book of a trip to Italy we went on together.
But I'm stumped on the other two. My guidence counselor is female and my history teacher is male.
Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks
