What to expect from US & IOA November 25-27

Hello forum members!! I'm headed to Central Florida November 25-27 to stay at the HRH.....I got the FLorida resident special. Has anyone ever gone to these theme parks after Thanksgiving? How are the crowds during this period? Is Central Florida cold during the month of November?
