What to Expect for 2013 Rates?

I want to put a sizeable chunk of money down on our Jan 2013 trip, but obviously rates haven't been released yet. Any guesses on what sort of increase I should expect?

FWIW, we'll be at the Contemporary 1/6-1/11 and POR from 1/11-1/19.

I booked at Port Orleans Riverside yesterday for March 2013 and the rates were $12 more per night compared to 2012 rates for the same week. The rates had been updated for 2013 so for the room only reservation, the deposit that I paid was the 2013 rate.
