What to expect booking FPs 30 days out

Wednesday will be 30 days from our trip and since we are staying off-site that is the soonest we can book Fastpasses. To make it worse, are AP holders so we have to do this one day at a time. Luckily, all of our future trips are on-site and forever shall be! Anyway, what can I expect in the way of FPs? I assume FOP is completely out of the question and probably the same for SDMT. Do you think we may be able to get the other big attractions? I like to get my fastpasses all first thing in the morning but I assume that may be an issue too as we will have to just take what times are left. Not going to let it get me down, though. I would still prefer to be at WDW with NO fastpasses than sitting at home!

Yep, we're in the same boat and have been for a while. Offsite (by choice, we love it) AP holders. At 30 days out, FoP is probably out, but you'll have decent selection on everything else. You may not get 7DMT at first, but that's where refreshing the day of comes in handy. We get on every single ride we want, many times over. What we do is pick the best 3 FP+ available at 30 days out. Then on day of, we modify, refresh, and get more. We wind up using 7, 8, 9 or more FP+ in a 6 hour period, easy.

Everyone that's off site books FP's one day at a time, it's not because you're AP holders. As far as booking 30 days out.. Aside from FoP, Navi River, 7dmt, and frozen.. Nearly everything is available for all times. And those rides I just listed, you can still definitely get, it's just a lot harder.

I usually book my fast passes about 2 weeks out and really have no issue. If you don't see something you really want, book your next best and then try to modify and refresh to get it to pop up

For March 30th for a Party of 2, Na’Vi is available for the afternoon and later; 7DMT is available for the late evening; Peter Pan is showing openings for most of the day.

If you have a larger group, search for smaller groupings with overlapping FP windows.

If you're an AP holder or have tickets on your account, you can get on MDE yourself and see what's available 30 days from today. If you want, get up at 7:00 am tomorrow and see what the selection looks like. The only people who can't check FP availability are people who are onsite and have packages, but they get the 60 day booking advantage, or people who are planning, but haven't yet purchase tickets.

For the benefit of anyone who can't look for themselves, for March 27, 30 days from today, everything is available except FoP. There are only very late times for 7DMT. (This is a busy week leading up to Easter, but there is the benefit of extended park hours. If you go at a time when MK is not open 8:00 am to midnight, you many not be able to get 7DMT at 30 days.) If you don't get times you like, you can book what you can, and day of keep checking to try to modify to an earlier time.

We are staying on site but did not plan for the trip until 30 days out because reasons. Sudden surprise trip!
We could not get FoP or PotC. Such is life. We got everything else that we wanted. Got most of the meal reservations we wanted as well.
