What to Do?

My family is planning a trip to Disney later this summer. My
oldest child is working and may or may not be able to join us
for the trip. Since we have bought a pkg. I am hesitant to add her to our list as she may not be able to go, but if she finds out at the last minute that she can, what should I do? Also, she probably will only be able to be there for 3 - 4 days instead of the 10 days we have planned. Should I just let her buy a Park-Hopper ticket when she gets there or do I have to add her to our package?

Try giving WDW Customer Service/Reservations a call and run it by them...

YOu have several options. If you are only concerned about park admissions I would say that a Hopper or Hopper-Plus is your best option. The days never expire so she or one of your other family members could use them on a future visit.

If you are concerned about sleeping arrangements you may need to make sure the room you are staying in can accommodate your entire family, with or without your daughter. All you would need to do then is get her a room key and you'd be set.

I agree with AreWeThereYet - just make sure you have a room that can accommodate her if she can make the trip & buy her a hopper when she gets there. I'm guessing she'll do everything possible to try & join the family in Disney for a few days!!!

Thanks for the help. She is trying not to get her hopes up too much, but it's been about 8 yrs. since our last trip to WDW and as she says "Mom , no one ever outgrows going to Disneyworld". There is room for her in our cabin, I just really wasn't sure what to do about the package thing. She wouldn't be there long enough if even at all to substantiate adding her on. I don't know how to add on the little trip thing to this message, but we are excited and are leaving in about 30 days!

Go the Technical Support Board & there will be instructions there on how to add the trip counter.
