We had booked a trip for June. DH just found out he will be in the field during the dates we booked and the dates we booked will be the only days we have the kids for the summer before my kids go see their dad and his daughter goes to see her mom. Now I am debating on cancelling the trip altogether or changing the dates to when he has leave in July and just DH and I go. We can plan another trip with the kids at a later date possibly with BB or his military discount. Any thoughts?

Lots of it depends...

Depends on whether you told the kids about the trip and if you did and then they don't get to go and you and your DH do. That would seem very mean to me

Depends if you would feel guilty going on that kind of trip with out them, I would and wouldn't enjoy myself but you may be different.

Personally I would cancel and use the money to book a trip next year for Disney, plan ahead to try and coordinate visitation times, and just do something small with my DH this summer.

I would say to rebook the Disney trip for when you can all go.
Also I normally would encourage Disney with no kids, but not the same summer as you are having to rebook your family trip. I'd use that time for a trip elsewhere with just the hubby instead.

I agree it depends on whether the kids know or not. I know kids have to learn to deal with disappointment but I hate to see such a big disappointment. Could you take them all yourself, or have another adult take your DH place? I am sure your DH wants to go too but I would rather disappoint him than the kids. I would never replace a family trip with a couple trip. Sure its fine for you to travel without them, but I could never enjoy a WDW trip that they should have been on.
