What to do with no more PinPics?

Well, I see that unfortunately due to a few bad apples, starting August 1, PinPics will no longer have the Trading Assistant to help match traders up to make trades. Bummer. Are there any other avenues out there that us traders can take to make trades on-line? Getting to WDW or pin meets obviously isn't an option for everyone, and PinPics was a great way to keep the pin trading happening while away from the World.

OMG this is AWFUL. I am so sad at this news, I always recommend PinPics to new traders...how very sad. It feels like the end of an era.

I have traded 99.9% with TA, and I even live near WDW.
My suggestion is to use the trade board on Dizpins.com.
It's not as handy as the TA. But at least it is a place to trade on line.
(Although this makes me glad I have not traded on line for a little over 2 months. It must have gotten pretty bad.)

If you go to Pinpics, you will see a link at the top of the page that takes you to a discussion of the future of PinPics. Based on that, it appears that some aspects of PinPics are changing but it is not going away.

It would be sad to see it go... I don't trade on it anymore but I do see it as being a good thing. But a few bad apples is all it takes

They are keeping the TA until they have a new system in place. The Complaint Department is the thing shutting down on August First. There will be a new system to help find potential traders, but PinPics will not send an email for you.

I emailed PinPics about it, and that's basically what they told me.

It is a shame, without the trade assist I doubt I would use the site to trade any more. It is annoying though when you send trade requests out to people for things on their wants lists and you are offering a trade of equal value but they don't even respond with a, thanks but no thanks.

Apparently, there will be an even better system to help find trades.
