So I am cooking a 1/2 spiral ham as I type, but will have lots of left overs. Typically I just chop it up, use for omelets or pop some chopped ham in the freezer for ham salad sandwiches at some point, but I'm looking for other ideas on what to do with it.
I'm not going to add any glazing so it's nto going to have any funky flavoring, just good simple ham.
So what do you do with your left overs?
