What to do with an mnsshp ticket that I can't use?

My DH has to cut short from our trip, due to work, and now can't go to the party with us on 8/25. Has anyone been successful with getting their money back for one ticket?

I haven't but you won't know unless you ring and ask. I know posters have managed to transfer the dates, but officially they're not transferable.

Yes lots have. Tickets are non refundable but you can call and very likely get a refund. The earlier you call the better.
