Ok, so, I'm a DIS addict, have been for years... of course, more during the "planning times" but DIS has been there for me each and every time!
This has been the first of all trips planned out months in advance, which means, I've had NOTHING to do for over a month! It's all done, hotel, car, plane, eats, etc.... I'm bored, I'm reading every day, (used to be more than once but my work has become anti-internet.... don't they understand planning is WORK)

Here are the peeps involved in the trip, otherwise known as THE FAMILY or ME FAMILIA. Ya ya, I failed Spanish....
ME!!! The mom... the incredibly fullfilled to overflowing in every way mom.

THE DAD. Yup, that's what he is, the dad. A good one. A fun one. Actually another kid, much to my and the real kids dismay at times. But he is good, fun, honest, true. One of the best things we do together is vacation! We each had Disney to bring to the table when we met. We got some lucky kids!

So me and the dad, that's easy... I gotta now thing of cutesy names for my chicklins... I'm not really into DS/D 1,2,3, etc... so, here goes....
The big one... ok, so I'm not so creative

The Girl... she is, after all, the girl, the only girl. 12, (she'll turn 13 just after this trip, but 13 has seem to come already somehow) has never been a girly girl, she's a sports finatic, excells in all things physical and is just as sweet as the day she was born. Loves her mom, the dad and brothers and we just coudn't be who we are without her.....
Boy #1 - 6 yrs old, has every quality The Big One possessed at each age he's been so far. Mom is afraid, very afraid, and in love, very in love.

Boy #2 - 4 yrs old. He's the baby. Squishy and sensative, curious and stubborn. He's the one that's lucky he's last... if he was first, I would have no others. He's the one giving me everything a child can give, but thought I got through with the other three... starting with colic! WOW... I can handle anything!!!
The trip:
Like I said, mom and dad brought Disney to the table. The Dad went every year with his parents and siblings (7 in all!) growing up. The Mom was a deprived Disney child and didn't go until early adulthood. One of the reasons it became important was I remember my mom, who passed away when I was 16, she just 39, saying "I never went to Disney"

So now we're back to Disney...
The Plan:
Big kids (which going forward will mean The Big One and The Girl)
Don't wanna do Disney, I know, I know, what the &%$#@ is wrong with them??? Let's just say, they, for the time being, have seen enough. The are UNIVERSAL kids now!

Flying in Thursday, May 3rd, landing in Orlando at 10:45.
Picking up luggage, fingers crossed, and rent a car.
Staying 5 nights at Liki Tiki Village, again, fingers crossed.
Friday The Dad driving The Big Kids to Universal (yes, they are doing it alone and yes I am fine with that and yes, it will be safe and good, we have cell phones, ID tags, secret lurkers watching their every move) then coming back and picking up The Mom and the Little Kids and going to MK! Expecting great fun, happy smiles and no lines for the whole day!
Friday night we have some friends who live in Florida coming to stay for the night and Saturday with us. Friends include two other Big Kids, who have been my Big Kids friends since they, themselves, were Little Kids.

Saturday, said family will be with us, we are plannning on enjoy the resort, remember, fingers crossed, and just hangin out.
Sunday The Dad will take The Big Kids to Fun Spot to do some mad cool go-carts and the mom will stick with the Little Kids to do some mad cool relaxing.

Sunday night we are planning of putting The Big Kids, the Little Kids, The Mom and The Dad together (also known as The Family) and doing Chef Mickeys... a past fave of The Big Kids, when, of course, it was cool to be a Little Kid

Monday is a free day at this point, Big Kids may want to go back to Universal (bought them the super duper $85 deal, so it's their choice) or we may all.... gasp.... go to Epcot (the one park The Big One thinks is still acceptable)
Tuesday we have to be at the airport around noon, so we will sleep in and pack up, maybe stopping at one of the tacky souvenier shops on the way to the airport.
WOW, this is a long pre trip report. I hope someone, anyone, Bueller...... enjoys reading. If definetly killed some time for me waiting!
And, really, honest, even though I "know it all"
