What to do, what to do?

I have only 20 days left til my next trip and I have nothing left to do besides pack! Does anyone else get bored waiting for those last days when everything is done? I have all my PSs, my itinerary finished, and have even gotten out the suitcases and tossed some stuff in. I NEED to do something else to prepare! I love preparing for the trip and almost feel let down when the night before the trip arrives and planning has officially ended. I found myself at the Disney store today gazing at the animated figures on display and pretending I was in some kind of attraction. LOL! Pathetic I know but what else is there to do?:D

LOL!:p :p :p That *is* pretty bad! Maybe you need to have a Disney Movie Marathon to pass the time! We're a sick bunch here, you all realize this, right? And I'm proud to be in the club!;)

I have the exact same problem.

I have guests coming next week, otherwise I would have my suitcases in the guest room, packed and ready to go!!
These last few days make work really hard too. I catch myself humming Disney tunes in my head. Today I caught myself thinking about what rides I wanted to go on while we are there. My little niece calls me a Disney Freak - God I love her!!!

Looks like we will be down around the same time.
Enjoy your trip.

Ha! I have my suitcases on the guest room bed. My mom, who lost electricity due to Isabel, came to stay at our house. I made her sleep in DD's bedroom so I wouldn't have to move my suitcases. So much for having a guest room! I am constantly humming Disney tunes. I bought the Mickey phone the other day. I actually call it from my son's line just to hear the music! No matter that I could just press the button. I had to hear it from an actual phone call. DD and I talk all day about what ride we are getting on first and where we are going when. She is only 4 and is a Disney expert already. She can name any tune to the attraction it is from. I guess she gets that from the many Disney CDs we have. We are definitely a sick, but happy, bunch! LOL!

Since I have a 4 y/o we already seem to have the Disney marathons here! I guess I could check the WDW website just to hear more attraction theme songs~

Doesn't matter how organized for a month befor the trip. I always seem to go into a last minute frenzy of getting things organized right before we leave. So rest up, read the boards and enjoy that blissful countdown to WDW.

I'm with franw. Been planning since we booked in early May, yet I know that, a few days before we leave, there'll be a zillion things to do.

I leave in EXACTLY a week from RIGHT NOW- 6 a.m. on Tuesday September 30th. I have been to The Disney Store about 6 times in the last week.... LOL I can't help it.;)

I thought we had things all set too......til I checked the web site for the park hours again.:D
They changed the hours for a couple of the days we will be there........so it was back to the schedule....:p
But that is fun!! And a GOOD thing because they lengthened the hours at MK and MGM.

I still need to pop into the Disney Store to get some Disney $$.

We haven't started packing yet....I think we have become experts in packing.....:p My DH travels a lot so, for him it takes a matter of less than an hour.
For myself and DD.....it will be the night before. I just have to make sure the laundry is done before Friday.
We will be making a stop at the SuperTarget on our way in for stuff like film (don't want it getting ruined through the x-rays) and snacks and water.

But now that I'm sitting here thinking about it.....maybe I WILL start to pack earlier!!!:p

But, I've also learned that no matter what, if we forget anything.....we can always pick it up there. All I need to remember is the confirmation papers (hotel and flight), our ID's and one or two credit cards.

So, I could actually just grab my "Passporter" and my purse and off we go...................:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
