what to do the first day with kids??

We are traveling to disney on East Coast time on the first flight out with 2 kids--ages 3 1/2 and 22 months so we arrive in FLA by 930am. Any ideas on a plan of attack for our first day??? I was going to save Magic Kingdom for our second day--so there everyone would be well rested for the adventure.

We get into Florida around 2pm. We swim a little in the pool & then his Downtown Disney. It's a tradition. Our kids love it.
