What to do on our Going Home Day

I just got Dinged a great rate but I switched our flight going home. We now leave MCO at 6:15pm on a Saturday. It's cheap to add another day to our MYW park hoppers. What could we do our last day? We're staying at CR, so it would be easy to visit MK that morning. How do they work it with luggage and checking out if you leave so late?

We always try to arrange an evening flight back home on a Saturday. We "sleep in" on the last morning- meaning we're up around 7a or 8a. Then we usually have a big breakfast (character/buffet) at the resort. Afterwards we do our final packing, check the room for our belongings and check our bags with the bell staff. They give you a ticket so that you can come in the storage area and retrieve items from your bags. Then we head to the parks (whatever ones you want to go to). early afternoon we ususally head back to the resort and retrieve our bathing suits from ourl luggage and hit the pool for awhile. We get something to eat and then hang out at the resort until it's time to get our transportation back to MCO.

We have our last day's park hopper for that day so we'll probably spend it at MK. But in the past, we've used the last day to go to DTD or play miniature golf at Winter Summerland. You can let the front desk know that you'd like to leave your luggage while you go play for a few hours...they will hold it for you.
