What to do on Labor Day?

I am going to Florida from September 2 to 11 and have a question for all of you.

I'm flying into Tampa September 2 and spending the 2nd and 3rd at Busch Gardens.

On the 3rd I'm traveling to Orlando to Spend the 3rd to 7th at WDW (BWV). My plans are

1 day at AK and MGM
1 day at MK and Epcot
1 day 4 park Favorites (I've done it before)
1 day Rest/Typhoon Lagoon

Sept 8 - 10 Universal for Rock the Universe

Sept 11 Travel home

My question is what parks should I do what days at WDW, Especially Labor Day?

Park Hours are
MK 9-10
EP-FW 9-7
EP-WS 11-9
AK 9-5 Morning EMH
MGM 9-8:30 Evening EMH

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

We were at WDW 2 years agon on Labor day and only had 1 day, so we park hopped and did all our favorite rides.
We actually found that MGM was very crowded, so were glad that we picked that first and only wanted to do a few things. Then went over to MK about 11am and spent the afternoon there (it was not crowded at all). Moved over to EPCOT for the evening.
