What to do on 4th of July?

In 2003 we resort hopped on the 4th, ate at chef mickeys and watched the fire works from the contemporary, It was a great time to check out the other resorts.

2004 we spent the 4th at Discovery Cove and than watched the fireworks from the contemporary.

One more question, when do the fireworks start? 10 pm? Trying to decide when to make ADR for dinner that night. Thanks!
