What to do if no proxy card arrives?

I never recieved my proxy voting card, I have a single share of framed Disney stock in my name and with my current residence and mailing address on it.

I'm stuck....

I do not know how to vote...

I do wish to vote but cannot...

Anybody know how I can? I do not want my voting rights denied and I definately do not want my vote to revert in Eisners favor because of "abstenism" (sp?)

I think each and every vote is important, even if its us little guys.

While I certainly think each and every shareholder has the right to vote, even those with one share...

Realistically, we small shareholders have little real "influence" as far as voting percentages (yes, I own more than 1 share, but certainly am a very far cry from a major power). It is the mutual funds and industrial investors that make the differences. Have you contacted shareholder services? Perhaps you can get a control number to vote at proxyvote.com.

Also, how long have you had that framed share? If you purchased it recently, it may have been registered AFTER the cut off date.
