What to do besides Disney with little kids?

We are going to Orlando in June due to a conference my husband is attending. His conference is for 5 days so we will only get a day or two at disney tops. I would take my 4 year old by myself BUT we're having a baby in May so our little guy will only be a few weeks old and I don't think I could conquer the day alone.

So any suggestions on how to entertain my daughter around Orlando that would be easy with a newborn as well? Obviously we will swim at our condo but I'm trying to think of other fun things as well.

Our little guys, ages 5, 3, and 1 love the Orlando Science Center. It isn't too busy, and it quite manageable on your own!

Seaworld is nice for younger kids. Its not too big or hectic either. No standing in long lines for rides, although they do have a kids ride area, its not like WDW. Plenty of areas for kids to get wet and just run around. Shows are great. With any of the parks, I recommend a sling/carrier for infants as often you can't take strollers into shows. Lots of shows, so I always suggest taking 2 days to fully explore Seaworld on a leisurely basis.

Just a BTW - I took my DD to WDW for the first time when she was only 5 weeks old, I wanted to let you know it can be done, although it may seem daunting. Both Seaworld and WDW parks have amenities for infants. WDW has some great nursing/changing rooms. In fact, it was easier with DD at 5 weeks than at 18 months old .

Downtown Disney would be fun! And it is free and doesn't require a park pass. There is a huge lego store with an outside play area with slides and lots of legos for kids to play with.

There is also a carousel there along with a ton of shops and restaurants that would definitely keep you busy for an afternoon or evening.

I would second SeaWorld. If you can put the baby in a front pack it might be easier. There are lots of shows and they have kept my 4 year olds attention. Happy Harbour is made for her age. There is an area that kids can run through sprinklers and a sandbox area with plenty of shade under the slide area. Depending on her height, she may or may not be able to get on the rides alone.

If she has any interest in reptiles, I'd suggest Gatorland. It is very old time Florida. They have a cute splash area with plenty of seats around it. The shows are lame but cute. It's NEVER crowded.
