What to buy with gift certificate?

Our family (DH, DS and I) received a $100 gift certificate to JC Penney and we have no idea what to buy. If you received this gift, what would you do?

A popcorn machine!! If you like popcorn that is! Check out the JC Penney gift catalog....I'll bet they have one in there. If they don't, or you don't like that idea, spend it on something really fun that you wouldn't otherwise splurge on.

I LOVE getting gift certificates! My MIL always gave my dh and I GC's for Xmas and it was great to go and spend it on whatever i wanted.

The last time I bought myself a leather jacket (I had to kick in a little more for it), but I would have never spent the full amount without that GC!

Oh, but it's ONE GC for the whole family...well, that makes a bit of a difference. I'd still try to talk my dh in letting me spend it all on me. lol

Whatever you do, don't spend it until AFTER Xmas when they have all those really great sales!
