I see I could be turned away and sent to the lockers for carrying things. Well only be there for one day and I'd like to take pictures. I usually have a small fanny pack for my camera and small items. Will this be allowed? It is a smaller camera.

Should I bring cash for anything? Or can I pay for items, food, etc with a credit card? I've never been to IOA, Universal, etc so I really don't know.

Thanks for all of your help!

A small fanny pack should be fine as long as it doesn't interfere with the restraints. You can bring cash or a credit card...you can use both everywhere.

I had a small fanny pack that held my iphone, my small camera, money, credit cards and tickets. I had no problem getting on any of the rides and never had to check my bag in a locker. Only thing I didn't realize, bag is not leather, and wow, it got sweaty when we toured as it was really hot out. I liked carrying mine on the front side. Sometimes I had to swing it around to fit the lap belt of a ride. I'm on the short side.

if you don't want to bring cash, you could buy the universal gift cards.
they are valid for purchases in the park and hotel.

small packs are well used in the park by guests.

cargo shorts even better.

I used a small camera bag with one of those hiking clips and clipped it to my belt-loop. I also had a wrist strap that I used other times. When I wanted to ride anything I would simply hook it back to my belt-loop. I never had any problems at all getting on anything.

Hmmm what about a small back pack or soft sided cooler bag. How much are lockers? Do u need exact change for them?

You can bring them, but certain rides will not allow them. Lockers for these rides are free for a duration timed to the expected wait time of the ride. There are pay lockers at the front of each park, but I've never used them.
