I know this has been done before, but I can't do the search and find the topic.
So can we start again? I will add the items to this post as you all add to it so we can just cut and paste this onto a word document and print it out. I forgot then, but will print it for my DVC supply bag this time I promise.
I will start with things I always try and remember. I have only been a member since 2001 so I am newer at this than some of you. Help me out with some good ideas.

Salt and Pepper
Laundry Detergent
Fabric Softener
Small Footstool to rest one foot on while shaving so I don't fall in the shower
Hot Tub Supplies with 20% off at Basin for DVC members I don't have to pack it anymore
Foldable Laundry Baskets
sugar
coffee/tea coffee filters
Groceries
Swim Suits
3 complete sets of clothing including underwear
PJ's. (I always forget)
2 Pair Comfortable Walking Shoes
Rain Poncho ( I own at least 50 because I always forget these too)
Paring knife
Cutting Board
DVD's
Pillow/Pillowcase
Fitted Sheets for the Beds
Zip Lock Bags/Foil/Saran Wrap
Paper Plates/Cups
Tupperware or Disposable Glad Ware
Vegetable Peeler
Wide Mouth Bottles to Bring into the Parks
Pur Water Pitcher
Liquid Soap
Baby Wipes
Small Baskets to Keep by the Door for Personal Items
Large Mugs for AM Coffee after the PM at DTD
Microwaveable Measuring Cup
Camera

These are Great, Keep Them Coming.

My list is a bit different from yours.
I bring:
Laundry detergent
salt and pepper
sugar
coffee
tea
egg replacer (the powder kind, because I am allergic to eggs)
the usual toiletries
swim suits
clothes (3 outfits)
at least 2 pairs of good walking shoes.

last time I remembered the coffee but forgot the COFFEE FILTERS so I have it bold on my list now

I also like to pack:
tea
paring knife (like my own better)
thin cutting board (usually one there but I don't always like the way it looks)
few DVDs for the kids
my own pillowcase

Ditto on the sharp knife from home.
We also bring large coffee mugs (unless we're planning to buy refillable mugs at the resort).
Baggies
Paper plates (Studios have them but larger units don't)
A large tupperware container - I like the short square ones. It's used to keep ice in the mini fridge in a studio, used for food storage in a larger unit.

In addition to the things all ready mentioned, I bring:

PUR water pitcher

Microwavable measuring cup if we're staying in a studio---1BR or larger will have one.

Last year my wife made me bring my mother-in-law.
I have scratched her off the list for future visits. :teeth:

MG

Why the sharp knives? I find the 3 provided to be quite adequate. Yep, I have a container of coffee filters I always bring too.

The knives are never sharp enough for me. I hate working with dull knives. I prefer to bring one of my own from home.

Admittedly I'm not a coffee drinker, but our last visit my MIL came with us and she has to have her morning coffee. I bought a package of Maxwell House coffee that comes already in the filters. All I had to do was take enought of those out for our stay and put them in a zip lock bag. It packed small and I had one less thing to forget! ;)

I'd also add my digital camera (took disposables last time and very few pictures came out). I love the idea that I can know right away that the picture didn't take and try again!

Zip Lock Bags
Foil
Vegetable Peeler
Wide mouth Water Bottles - to use in room or in parks
Liquid hand soap
Coffee w/ filters
Tea bags
Small $1 store baskets (that nest) one for each person, we put these by the front door and put our passes, sunglasses, pins, pressed penny $, etc
Laundry Detergent and Dryer sheets

Just writing this got me excited! LOL

We used those Tide tablets last trip and they worked great!

I had also packed the dishwasher tabs, but I won't do that again since there is plenty of dishwasher detergent provided.

Baby wipes also go on the list. Even without a toddler they would come in handy, especially after eating a Mickey ice cream bar...YUM! :p

Meal vouchers - these really saved us big bucks on our last trip. Thanks so much to those on this board since I knew nothing about them before coming here.

Hey mom2alix:

Could you tell me where you got those meal vouchers. I have never used them but would be willing to try and see how they work.

I have been packing a fitted sheet (King or Queen depending on which type unit we have). I HATE using a flat sheet for a bottom sheet. I then use that flat sheet to 'triple sheet' the bed. That gives the bed a deluxe feel.

Hi!

Head on over to the Budget board for info on the vouchers. There is a couple of threads on the subject.

Briefly, we used the vouchers on our trip this past December. We use the Breakfast vouchers to eat at Chef Mickey's and Camp May Character Breakfast. We used Quick and Causal Vouchers for breakfast/supper at several places.

I look at the vouchers as not so much as saving money (save a little) but having things prepaid.

If the Budget Boards do not answer your questions let me know and I'll be glad to do a separate more complete post.

We bought our vouchers from Hotwire. I kept the membership because we order giftcards, movietickets etc through them. Hotwire mails through Omaha so we usually get what we order within 2-3 days.
