towels from ship?..we do not need beach towels..correct?

sunglasses
lunch/drinks served I know
do we purchase additional drinks water, juice, soda on CC?
how much $ to bring with us? or is it room charge?
what about snacks for after lunch?

Yes, there are towels as you exit the ship...
Sunscreen - most definitely
sunglasses - yes
you can purchase souvenirs, addition drinks with your KTTW card, there are chips on the lunch buffet you could grab for later, as well as fruit...THere are waiters on the beach to serve you as well with your KTTW card..

You could, if you wanted, bring change for the post office if you wish to send postcards..
Also, don't forgot your KTTW card to get back on the ship..

The only thing you need cash for is if you want to buy the bahamian stamps. Otherwise, you can charge everything on your KTTW. We usually bring our own water, but you can buy bottled water right when you get off the ship or from the CM on the beach.(they will also bring you fruity beach drinks!) There is also a cute little store that you may want to check out. They have souvenirs, beach toys, and other beach necessities.

I have a small child, so we always make sure to bring him some sand toys, a hat, and a couple tshirts (he always gets ice cream all over him!)

For me and DH I bring books and our camera/video camera. Lots of great photos to take on that island! Oh, and my iPod....

ETA: There are plenty of snacks on CC. Like a PP mentioned, grab some chips, cookies, or fruit at the lunch buffet for later. And they set up several ice cream machines after lunch...they had the most delicious soft serve cookie dough flavor when we were there in April....

We picked up some cheap inflatable inner tubes (I think they were $1.99 each) in green and hot pink. This way we could spot our kids out in the water. HTH
