What times for breakfast at Sequoia Lodge?

We plan to make use of extra magic hours (we were so unprepared last time, and didn't even know about them!), so I'm trying to plan breakfast times around them. Does anyone know what time breakfast is available at the Disney hotels (we're staying at SL)?

We've always had the seven o'clock slot at SL. Not too busy, and we make it of EMH first hour.

Pretty sure 7.00 is the first slot and breakfasts seem to start to wind down around 10.00ish not sure what the official end time is.

Just wondering does anyone know what the supplement for cooked breakfasts at SL is ?

Even if you don't get the 7.00 slot (you get a card when you check in) go at 7 they'll still let you in! The breakfast is all really fresh and no waits.

I don't know, I'm struggling to find any information but with 2 teenage boys with very hearty appetites I'm interested to know the cost.
When we stayed at HNY with the cooked option included we found that we didn't need lunch, so I'm wondering pay the extra for cooked option or bite the bullet and upgrade to HNY

With regards to times, at both previous stays at SL we've turned up at 7.00 despite having later time slots, the restaurant is wonderfully quiet then and the CM's seem happy to have people in there, probably makes their job easier, but to be honest they aren't rigid time slots. When we stayed at Cheyenne a couple of years ago I was very poorly and didn't make it to breakfast on time once, but the CM used to just point to her watch and say "late again" with a smile of course.
