What time?

We have a 5:15pm ADR at YS on our DHS day. What time will we need to leave the park? We are planning on taking the boat over? We've never taken the boat or gone to YS. Is the boat like the MK ferry? Any advice

Give yourself at least 45 minutes. The boat dock is on a smaller scale than the MK ferry. It's a "Friendship" boat, the same size as the one that goes on World Showcase Lagoon. It's really slow, though.

It will stop at Swan/Dolphin first, then the Yacht/Beach dock.

also keep in mind that this boat will not fit as many people. if there is a long wait you may have to wait for a second boat. i would say give yourself 45-60 mins to get there just in case.

I agree with allowing 45 minutes to an hour - but also look at the parade schedule. Lots of people leave afterwards, and the line at the boat dock can become long.

I really don't like the boat from DHS. It's insanely slow and fills up fast. When I stayed at BCV, I walked to and from DHS and Epcot. The walk isn't too bad and I guarantee you will beat the boat!

This. We make the walk in about 20 minutes.

...or if you don't like to walk that far, get off at the Swan/Dolphin and walk the rest of the way, 5 minutes max.
