What time will I get to a park?

Plane arrives at 1230 pm, taking DME to POR. Is it reasonable to think I can be IN a park by 4pm?
Which park would be best? Thinking of DHS or AK to knock out a few things, which could make our 'real' park day a half day
We arrive August 27, just before the Starwars opening

Typical time from gate to resort is 70-90 minutes. Assuming plane lands on time and you don't dawdle in the airport, you should be at your resort about 2 - so, yes.

HS first because it's only going to get busier. Or whichever park is open later, to get the best value from your ticket.

It's possible. Assume 2 hours from plane arriving and getting to POR using DME. Could be 90 minutes, could be 2.5 hours. Check-in another 10 - 15 minutes. Room ready? If not not store bags with bell services, if so dump bags in room and go to bus stop. Assume 1/2 hour for overall check-in process. Bus stop to AK/HS by 3:00/3:30 PM. Bus to parks.....always a wild card. So, I would say yes to 4:00 PM give or take 30 minutes on either side!

That was my thinking for HS. Do what we can that first night, and then go back on our last day? Or maybe forget starwars all together. Its just me and 11yo DD, shes not really interested in SW
