What time to make PS for CP before Wishes

I had planed our day at the Magic Kingdom on Wednesday, March 9th.

At that time, the park hours were not posted, so I guessed that the MK would close at 8 pm. I made PS Reservations at the Crystal Palace for 5:45 pm.

I now see that the hours for the MK on March 9th will be: 9am-7pm. I do not see the parades and fireworks schedule posted yet, but I assume that if the MK is scheduled to close at 7pm, then the Wishes Fireworks display will be at 7pm.

If that is the case, I think I should change my PS Reservations to an earlier time.

? What time do you guys suggest I make the PS Reservations for at the Crystal Palace, so that I can enjoy a leisurely dinner, and then leave and get a reasonable good spot to view Wishes.

The schedule is out. The afternoon parade is at 3:00 and Wishes is at 7:00. No Spectromagic that night. You should have time to eat at 5:45, but you may not get the best viewing spot coming out so close to the fireworks time. I would try 4:30 or so.

Ah yes.. we made this mistake last year. We finished eating just in time for Wishes, but the crowd had formed in front of CP and we could barely get out of CP!! They had the porch packed and you couldn't move or see a thing.

I would plan an earlier dinner, and then try to grab a spot.

I had the same question only the hours for my visit aren't out yet. I was hoping since the season we're going isn't value but is "regular" that MK might close at 8 or so. We booked CP for 5:40 and I thought I was really getting it too early. I'll wait and see if the park closes at 7:00 or at 8:00 before I rebook CP.
