What time to make my ADR?

I am planning my dining- ugh! My head is going to explode.

Question- for example, I want to eat the lastest I can for Donald's Breakfastosaurus at AK. Their hours are 8am to 10:30am. Does that mean that the last seating is 10:30 and the characters will hang around or does that mean the characters leave at 10:30?

From what I have read the characters at all the meals stay around for quite a while after the last seating. Numerous posters have stated that the final seating is great because the place starts emptying out and the characters have a lot of time to hang around with the remaining people.
