What time to call for dining ressies?

With the new Fantasmic dining plans starting Dec. 12th, it's a little more understandable why there weren't reservations available for Blue Bayou for our trip. But, I'm curious...what time of day are new reservations made available? Just want to make sure I'm on top of it. When do they go live on the online system?

From the website for Blue Bayou (so probably same times for all):

Reservations
Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made—online or by phone—up to 60 days prior to your visit.

Use the Check Availability tool to find a table and book online.
Or, call (714) 781-DINE (3463) between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily (Pacific Time).

Valid theme park admission is required to dine at this restaurant.

No idea on the website. I know it's not midnight, or at least wasn't last time I stayed up! Sure would like to know!

I know it's frustrating when the answer is "it varies", but that's been my experience with the online system. It didn't roll at midnight one time I checked, but it had rolled by 1:00 am. Others have reported it didn't roll until sometime after 3:00 am. I've consistently seen the new date appear by 6:00 am, so, sometime between 1:00 am and 6:00 am would be the best guess.

Starting mid december F! will be FP, with dining options similar to WOC. Just go to the main forum for DL here and there are 2 threads discussing it.
