I purchased tickets for HHN and the express pass online. I chose to get them at the kiosk. What time should I be at kiosk to get tickets? Is there usually a line at the kiosk and at the gate to get in? TIA!

On your particular HHN night, are you just going for HHN or are you spending the day at the parks?

If you're just going for HHN, maybe get there a few hours before entry time to get your tickets then go to citywalk for a meal before you go in for HHN.

Thanks for the reply. We will just be there for HHN. We'll be coming from Disney, so I'm thinking a 30 min drive. Plus time to park as well. I am not familiar with the traffic, lines, etc at Universal.

People start to line up for hhn before 5:00 on some nights

Park opens by 6:30 or could open a bit earlier

Kiosk waits might not have a long wait
Only see long waits in the mornings

Thank you for the info! I guess we should plan on arriving earlier than I thought.

if you do hhn on a weekend, do get there early.
i have walked into the park at 4:50 pm and have seen long lines already formed.
those without park tickets, go early and wait for park entrance for when hhn opens.
(day guests do not go thru metal detectors when entering prior to 5:00)

all have to go thru the metal detectors which can take up some time.
some will forget to empty their pockets (car keys) and the detector will go off.
just takes more time to waive that person thru.

those that have been in line outside the gates, have a head start on the houses once in the park.

have not seen long lines of people waiting when hhn is on wednesdays.
just depends on the day you are going if you will have a long line or wait.

We are going on a Sunday. How long does it usually take to park? Is traffic outside pretty bad?... Like rush hour traffic in Atlanta bad? (It takes an hour to move one mile up the road, no joke!)
