What time to be at bus stop?

This is our 1st stay onsite and we are staying at Allstar Sports, and we have never missed a rope drop and since we are going for free dining we have made several breakfast ressie's. The earliest being 7:25 at Chef Mickey's. So what is the earliest you can catch the bus?

if you are at the bus stop, around 6:am and wait for the MK bus, and let the driver know you are going to chef mickey for breakfast, they will probably drop you off at CR. this will save you the short walk. The first couple buses in the morning have slight flexibility to drop at breakfast locations.

I believe the buses start at 6:15 AM for 6:30 AM. However if the bus driver does not ask if your going for breakfast at one of the Magic Kingdom Resorts then assume you will not be dropped off at the Contemporary, because they are not required to do that. So what you could do is when you get off at the Magic Kingdom bus station is to use the walkway to the Contemporary and get there in 5 minutes.
