What time to arrive at Top of the World Lounge

If wishes starts at 9 PM, what time would I need to arrive in order to be assured of getting in. This will be on a Saturday in the end of September.

30 minutes should be fine. We go a little earlier and relax and have a drink.

We have never seen much of a crowd and it empties out right after the show.
