What time should we get to IOA?

it opens @ 9 am, so what time should we arrive, my kids are getting so excited, we are on our 2 week countdown to see HP and drop all their cash on wands, frogs, etc.

also, we are thinking of going to Olivanders first, just tour the castle with whole family, then send my DD thru single rider line. What do u think of this plan? TIA

I'd get there by 8:30. They often let the GP in a bit early. Doing Ollivander's first is a good idea and the rest sounds like a good plan.

Biggest thing with IOA...buy your tickets in advance! Their ticket windows are the slowest!

We went 2 years ago and got to the park at 10am...by the time we purchased our tickets, it was already after 12.

WE are on our 2 week countdown as well!! So exciting!! Flying in Tues night, our first park day will be Wed 11/3. Was planning to be there by 8:30, however just read a post saying they had better luck with crowds later in the day at WWoHP. IOA is open until 7. Maybe a resort morning and head over in the afternoon. Early dinner at Three Broomsticks....hmmm. Going to keep up on the crowd reports and decide.

The rest of our crew comes a day later, they want to be there bright and early. We'll look for you and race you to Olivander"s!! Have a great trip.
