What time should I leave?

I'm staying at castle inn and suites. I have early entry tickets for Universal for Monday May 27th (Memorial Day). Early entry starts at 8am. I am reading they start moving people through the gates and through the park around half hour before that- so 730. What time should I have my Uber pick me up? I would rather be too early then be scrambling...

It is an hour drive and getting into the parking lot. I would be leaving at between 6 and 6:30 to give yourself enough time to park and walk to the gates.
