What time should I leave Disney World

What time should I leave Disney World(specifically Pop Century) if I want to get to Islands of Adventure and get a decent spot for the rush to Harry Potter?? I dont need to be in front but I don't want to be in back either.

7:30 ish would be my guess

It is about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic). Also the parking and walk from the lot can add at least 15 minutes.

I would leave Pop at least 1 hour before IOA opens to be safe
