What time on the 26th can we make online reservations for fall 2017 itineraries?

I'd like to just be able to do the reservation online, but I'm willing to call if need be. I just want to get right on it the minute it's doable.

In the past, the website has usually been live sometime between 6-7am eastern, definitely by 8am. However, I almost think I read it was live sometime in the middle of the night for the last release! DCL's website can be full of glitches, so hard to pinpoint exactly when.
