What time of day for a break from crowds to The Void?

We will be at DL December 3rd through morning of the 9th. I was hoping to sign my boys and husband up for the Void on Monday the 3rd, but it looks like Star Wars is gone those days. If you were going on Fri the 7th, what time would you go as a break from the crowds?
