What time of day can I start making dining reservations?

What time of day can I start making dining reservations? I'm getting conflicting information. An article I read (dated November 2021) said at midnight on my 60 day prior date. The Disney website says 5:45am. And an email that I just received from Disney said I MAY be able to make dining reservations at 5:45am on the 60 day out.

Which is it? Has anyone made reservations in the past week or so that can confirm?

I just booked this morning and saw the 5:45 time listed but nothing was available until 6:00. I’ve seen some people say they were able to book at 5:45 so it’s a good idea to be ready then but don’t be surprised if it’s 6:00 that you’re able to book
